The resort: Akbuk is renowned for its beautiful harbour and breathtaking sunsets. Akbuk is a traditional Turkish town, nestled on the edge of a vast crystal clear bay and completely surrounded by protected pine forest and hillside.

Akbuk is a resort with no hassle, no over inflated prices, just Turkey how it should be: simple living, good food and beautiful views.

The villas location: Jasmine villa is perfectly situated, only a few minutes walk in each direction to reach the town centre, the beach, the weekly market, and of course the bakery for the area, where you can collect you daily bread, piping hot.

In the town centre there are supermarkets, ATM’s a garage, chemists etc.

On the sea front are small beaches, wide promenade for strolling up and down, and many bars and restaurants. All have their own character and spaced in-between green areas, with established tropical trees.

The weekly market provides fruit, vegetables, olives, cheeses – where you nibble on the goods before you buy. Also there are spices, hardware, clothing and plants for sale, and of course watermelon by the kilo!

Sleeping: The villa comprises 3 double bedrooms. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

General: The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

Entertainment: The villa has satellite/cable tv with a dvd. The villa has its own private bar in the basement and surround sound home cinema system, ideal for late night entertaining. There is also a home gym.

Eating & living: There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
